Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email us at naif-sf@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will make it right at no extra cost to you.

EXCHANGES
Need a different color or design? Contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange.
